Error 1: An error occurs when attempting to import data via a spreadsheet into an existing series in which results have already been imported.
Error 2: The Bromcom Extract fails on supplying Bromcom login details.

Older Windows applications require the original msi that was used to install the program in order to uninstall as well.
If you no longer have access to the original msi, you may be able to use a Windows Utility to force the removal.
