If you find that 4Matrix is not detecting your new licence it might be because it's unable to connect to our website. Please check that you have white-listed us as *www.4matrix.com*, including the asterisks.
You can manually update your licence by going to Help > Update Licence Key and putting in your School ID.
You can also log into your account at www.4matrix.com, copy the long licence key from here and paste it into the Help > Update Licence Key dialogue.
