User cannot see networked printers and/or correct file directories
This is a known issue with older versions of 4Matrix (specifically Launcher.exe). If updates are run as an Admin user, it logs in using the same admin account that is specified in the 4Matrix Network Manager to install updates. As a quick fix, restarting 4Matrix should resolve this.
In order to resolve the issue properly we recommend installing the latest version of 4Matrix by re-installing the 4Matrix Network Manager, which in turn will generate the latest client msi. Alternatively, you can download the msi only from the downloads page at https://www.4matrix.com/downloads - the link is the last paragraph on that page.

It shouldn't take longer than 20 minutes to update the Network Manager, depending on your internet speed, and the client can then be redeployed within minutes using Group Policy.
