Error 1: An error occurs when attempting to import data via a spreadsheet into an existing series in which results have already been imported.
Error 2: The Bromcom Extract fails on supplying Bromcom login details.

If this shows on clients and when Network Manager is launched, this is usually due to duplicate proxy servers set in the Network Manager.
•Launch SQL management Studio (whichever version the school uses)
•Log in with Sa/Password account details
•On the left, go to Databases > choose the 4Matrix database > tables > and right click dbo.4Matrix
•Go to Edit Top 200 Rows
•You'll see the proxy details appear in the main window
•Right click the cell, and click delete
•Close SQL management
•Re-open Network Manager
•Work through to the step where you set the proxy, and re-enter it
