I can't find a qualification when mapping

There are over 8000 qualifications in the 4Matrix database, but in some cases, you might find that the one you're after is missing.

The first thing to do is search in Help>Support Tools>QAN Checker by QAN - that's the unique 8 digit code assigned to each qualification. Make sure that you don't include the '/' symbols, so it will read like this: 60001122

If it is not there, there are 2 options:

• If it is a single qualification which is missing, go to Admin>Missing Quals and click on the http://www.4matrix.com/requestqualification link. Search for the QAN, if it is there download and drag into the Import Qualification box.  If it is not there, please submit a missing qualification request.
• If you have a numerous missing qualifications, write them out in a list in Excel and paste them into 4Matrix using Admin > Tools > QAN Checker, and again in the http://www.4matrix.com/requestqualification link - you can request any missing quals as above, but if the list is long you can email it to us.
