Customer Information: Access Denied when applying update

 Pupils incorrectly appear in more than 1 class for the same subject


If you find that pupils are incorrectly appearing in more than 1 class for the same subject, you will need to re-import your class data. In the final step of the import, there is a tick box - 'Overwrite existing class data'. Make sure that this is ticked before continuing.
