Summer Holidays Support Hours

From Monday 20th July to Wednesday 2nd September, our support services (tickets, live chat and telephone) will be available from 9am to 3pm.

We will provide extended support hours during results days as follows:

  • Wednesday 12th August (GCE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Thursday 13th August (GCE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Wednesday 19th August (GCSE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Thursday 20th August (GCSE Results): 8:00am to 5:00pm

 

Pupils incorrectly appear in more than 1 class for the same subject

If you find that pupils are incorrectly appearing in more than 1 class for the same subject, you will need to re-import your class data. In the final step of the import (Step 5), there is a tick box - 'Overwrite existing class data'. Make sure that this is ticked before continuing.
