Update 18.104.22.168 has been issued today (20th March) which resolves the following issues:
1) An error message appearing on launch saying it cannot load the login screen
2) The SIMS Extract failing at the point of login
3) Key stage 5 grades not importing
If you still receive any of these errors, please ensure you have updated to 22.214.171.124 prior to contacting us.
You may need to update 4Matrix if Level 6’s are flagged as an error in the Key to Success import. Update 126.96.36.199 (January 2017) will handle Level 6 test scores. The DfE have confirmed that the actual test mark included with the extracts is from the standard tests, so replacing the 6 with a 5 will calculate the fine level and points correctly as the basis for Progress 8 calculations. 4Matrix will do this automatically when the extract is pasted into the import wizard. We strongly recommend that users re-import their KS2 data from Key to Success if you have previously been unable to import any level 6 pupils.
