Customer Information: Access Denied when applying update

 When I open 4Matrix it goes straight to the Dashboard without asking me to log in

Solution

This would imply that you use Active Directory in school and 4Matrix is using your Windows ID to log in to the system.

If this is the case, and you find that the Admin tab is missing when you should be an Admin user of 4Matrix, you will need to ask your IT Dept to add you to the 4Matrix Admin group in Active Directory. Please warn them that you cannot exist in more than 1 group, you must be placed in the Admin group only. Also note that changes made within Active Directory can take up to 24 hours to take effect.
